Dammy Krane has always claimed that Davido had a hand in the death of his friend, Umeike Tagbo, who died from alcohol poisoning in October 2017.
This outrageous accusation eventually got Dammy Krane into prison, after Davido decided that he was done ignoring the allegations. After many appeals from members of the public and celebrities, Davido agreed to release Dammy Krane from the police net.
Dammy Krane didn’t fail to thank Davido wholeheartedly for the kind gesture, even apologizing to him for the allegations.
In a surprising twist of fate, Dammy Krane has changed his mind and filed another police petition against Davido to reopen the investigations on Tagbo’s death, demanding a sum of $500,000 from the “Unavailable” crooner.
Everyone is surprised at what could have inspired this stubborn act of Dammy Krane, after narrowly escaping prison the other time.
Well, the reason Dammy Krane is doing this is that he wrote a song for Davido titled “Pere,” after Davido signed a Sony music deal, only to reach out to Davido to collect his payment of $500,000 for the songwriting, but his attempts were met with a brick wall.

Davido not only refused to pay him for his services, but he rejected Krane’s calls and also blocked all his phone lines from reaching him.
After pestering Davido so many times physically and on social media for his money, Davido sent one of his men to threaten the life of Dammy Krane.
