“Why Is Nobody Talking About the High Prices of Goods and Services, Is There Something I Don’t Know?” Oma Nnadi Asks Nigerians In Disbelief

It’s no news that the recent prices of goods and services have skyrocketed for the average Nigerian since the fuel subsidy was suddenly removed by the incumbent President. Oma Nnadi, a popular Nigerian actress, is worried that no one is talking about the increased prices and she has cried out in bewilderment to Nigerians.

The situation seems strange to her because, in recent times, Nigerians took to the streets in protest for issues that weren’t as severe as this. At the moment, however, it seems that everyone has reached a consensus among themselves to accept the recent hike in food prices, except her.

It seems that everyone is in on an alternative plan to survive in the current Nigeria, except her. The actress feels so because she has observed how Nigerians are going about their business in peace, without a care in the world, and it looks as if she has been kept in the dark about an alternate means of survival.

Unable to hold in the silent questions anymore, Oma Nnadi has taken to her Instagram story to voice out the monologue playing within her heart.

In her words, “This increase in prices of goods and services is really much ooo. I don’t understand how we are even coping. It’s really much. Why is nobody talking? Please are you people okay? I’m checking something because we all seem to be living and moving.”

In frustration, she then asks, “Is there something I don’t know?” Read what she said herself:
