#EdoDecides2024: Asue Ighodalo Condemns Late Arrival of Voting Materials While Okpebholo Casts Vote

The Edo gubernatorial election is currently ongoing, bringing with it lots of drama and political tension. Asue Ighodalo decries the late arrival of voting materials in his voting unit at Okaigben Ward 1, Unit 3, as Monday Okpebholo just cast his vote.

Igholado, one of the governorship aspirants, spoke to newsmen about the situation as he was terribly angry, probably because he also heard that the opposition candidate, Monday Okpebholo, had cast his vote.

Being in the governorship race comes with its own level of paranoia, as every move is a suspect to rig and pull the wool over your eyes.

Voters gathered at the polling unit shared the sentiments of the PDP governorship aspirant as they saw no reason why the electoral process should begin late.

Meanwhile, everything seems to be going well for Monday Okpebholo of the All Progressives Congress, a former senator, who cast his vote at Unit 1, Ward 2 in Udomi Primary School, Udomi, Irrua, Esan Central Local Government Area of Edo State.

Unlike the coarse vindictiveness of Asue Ighodalo, Okpebholo spoke to the reporters in an assured manner, stating that the exercise has been well-coordinated so far, and he even commended the electoral umpire for the efficiency and organization displayed in the ward.

Everything looks like a conspiracy in the eyes of Asue Ighodalo, and on the other hand, things are going according to plan as far as Okpebholo is concerned. The citizens of Edo State defied the rains and came out en masse to vote for their desired governor.

Voting is still ongoing as everyone watches with bated breath the unfolding drama as Edo decides.
