Days After Opeyemi Famakin Left Bad Review, Lagos State Govt Seals Cubana Chiefpriest’s Restaurant

Lagos state government has brought the unforgiving hands of the law down on Cubana Chiefpriest’s restaurant by sealing it, just days after Opeyemi Famakin, the food critic, left a bad review about the eatery.

This is a worrisome development for the Lagos socialite, Cubana Chiefpriest, as we could tell he got enraged after the bad review because he left a threatening DM for Opeyemi Famakin. You can read about the vengeful message he sent to the food critic here:

Though Chiefpriest responded to the alarm thrown out by Famakin about taking his life and explained what the food blogger did wrong, the government is now interested in the state of the restaurant.

Trouble began looming after the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency started sending warnings to curtail the obvious environmental infractions and noise pollution found around the restaurant.

It would seem that the management of the restaurant didn’t deem it fit to look into this or address the concerns raised by the state government.

Now, the State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, has revealed on his X social media account that he has directed the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency to seal Donald’s Fast Food on Adebayo Doherty Street, Lekki 1 over noise pollution and environmental infractions.

This isn’t looking too good for Cubana Chiefpriest, as he’ll be forced to address the concerns raised by both the government and the perceived annoying food critic. See what Tokunbo Wahab disclosed on his X account:
