When asked if dancing would help him achieve the necessary level of financial success, Asake stated in a recent interview that he wasn’t sure.
“My love of money is the reason I quit dancing. I’ll be completely honest. I’ve always loved dancing. However, I’m not convinced dance can help me earn the kind of money I desire.”
“Even if you want to make it so gangster-like and there are so many people bumping, you still need to use the dancers. So, as they work together, I think for the love of money, I’d rather be singing,” he said.
When asked if he would pursue dancing if it brought significant success, the YBNL artiste responded: “No, I would join music and dance together so I will have more money.
